A friend of mine who lives in Nepal, frequently walks the paths which overlook Poon Hill and sends photographs of his life in the mountains. I don’t live anywhere near any mountains and wanted to capture sheer expanse of the scenery, the lush vegetation, water, mists and majestic mountains in the distance. My mother fell in love with this painting and it sits on the floor in a frame right in front of the television which I presume is so she can look at it every day!
